Joe Hickox is the Chief Technology Officer for Torrent Technologies. Joe is responsible for leading development and Information Technology (IT).
In February 2017, Joe joined Marsh and tasked with building and deploying the TorrentFlood® application for the NFIP Direct. Through this transition, Joe was the driving factor behind Torrent obtaining the first Authority to Operate in NFIP Direct history. This successful deployment of the TorrentFlood application also served as FEMA’s first cloud-based flood application since its inception.
