Carol Clay is the Vice President of Operations for Torrent Technologies. With 30 years of extensive experience in flood insurance, Carol has held a variety of key roles across the organization. In her current capacity, she is responsible for the oversight of underwriting and policy transfer operations for the largest vendor in the flood insurance industry. She collaborates closely with clients and the FEMA underwriting team to ensure that Torrent delivers best-in-class service and an exceptional customer experience.
