Training
TorrentFlood® has been inherently designed to be the easiest-to-use product on the market today and in our experience, users typically become proficient in policy issuance as well as all policy/claims administration within the first or second time of using the system.
Having well trained producers is critical to building a successful flood insurance business. Torrent has developed training programs for agents on both the NFIP flood product and TorrentFlood®. Both can be delivered in-person or via the web. As part of these training programs, Torrent training manuals are posted on the company's flood website for reference by the agents.
In addition to system training, we have certification for continuing education credits for our flood insurance course and our team has over 26 years combined experience in providing flood insurance training nationwide. We are available to help your agents meet the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 requirements.
