WYO Company Client Liason and Project Coordinator
Overview
The WYO Company Onboarding Liaison and Project Coordinator is responsible for the internal management of new and existing Client Company Accounts. The Company Onboarding Liaison and Project Coordinator becomes involved with the Client Company during the initial interview process. It is the responsibility of the Company Onboarding Liaison and Project Coordinator to manage the in-house set up of the company interface, assist with the set up of the agency interfaces for the company and to coordinate the workflow and tracking for the company’s book of business. This person will also monitor the SLA’s for each company, providing direction and reports as required.
Areas of Responsibility
- Implement set-up process for Client Company
- Maintain Onboarding Documents
- Establish customer needs definition with management
- Create implementation/conversion plan
- Create customer configuration form
- Schedule and facilitate kick off meetings with customer
- Manage onboarding/converstion process. This includes internal, customer, and vendor interface, communication and issue resolution
- Participate in final data conversion testing (if applicable) on evening of go live.
- Triage post-implementation issues for a short period of time before customer is deferred to Customer Service Team
- Schedule Testing and Training for new Client Companies
- Resolve discrepancies and disputes according to Client Company/Torrent COO/President direction
- Publish External Release notes
- Maintain company files
- Coordinate program enhancements/changes/integration with Compliance Manager and Torrent COO/President
Duties/Objectives
- Communicate and co-ordinate with the Torrent COO and the Client Company to ensure that the company profile is set-up, managed, and maintained accurately
- Communicate and co-ordinate with the Client Company to ensure that the agency database, new agent set-up, commission schedule and agent/agency special handling instructions are implemented correctly
- Make sure the Torrent COO/President and/or Client Companies are immediately aware of any formal complaint or potential and pending issues

- Solid ability to organize, plan and execute while remaining capable of responding to key issues that arise
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc
